Andy and Liz are Virginia Tech grads who went from coding software for Navy ships and aircrafts to acquiring land. As co-owners of Selling Land Fast, we have years of experience buying land across the country.
As a small team of two, we keep busy through all of our different roles, but our #1 priority is you, the land owner! Without happy customers, we wouldn’t be able to maintain our top position.
When we’re not busy acquiring land, you can catch us on the next flight to pretty much anywhere! We also love hanging out at local breweries, hiking, and trail running.

Tom Bruzek – Land Buying Specialist
Tom focuses on the nitty gritty analysis of land before we purchase. As a land investor himself, he has strong knowledge of the land market across the United States making him a major asset for our property research. When he’s not doing market analysis, he’s outside playing soccer, traveling, or 3D printing because why not?
